
Governor Caleb Mutfwang, of Plateau State has, in line with the Civil Service Rules, appointed nine (9) additional new Permanent Secretaries to enhance productivity and efficiency in the state.
This came in a press statement signed by the Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Executive Governor, Gyang Bere, and made available to newsmen in Jos, the Plateau State capital Monday.
The statement stated that, “the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has approved the appointments of the following nine (9) individuals as new Permanent Secretaries.
“This includes: Yilkudi Nengak Elisha; Wyciff Inusa Biwet; Yohanna Mangtu Dangnan; Keziah Ishaya Dung; Solomon Kadlya; Yakubu Ishaya Mallo;
Musa Nyam Agwom; Barr, Rwang Yop Shom and Gayi Timothy Gayi respectively.
“This is part of his commitment to foster greater productivity, efficiency and effectiveness in the Pateau State Civil Service and urged them to be catalysts in inspiring the workforce to deliver quality leadership governance”, it stated.
The Governor, however, congratulated the appointees on their well-deserved promotions emphasizing that, their roles were crucial in driving Plateau State’s economy towards Sustainable progress and prosperity for ali citizens.
The Governor further encouraged the new Permanent Secretaries to leverage on their extensive experience in building a more efficient and responsive Civil Service that would serve as a model of excellence and pride for Plateau State. According to the statement, the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries would be sworn in on a date to be announced later
