An American number one world afropop singer, Antonio PettyJohnblue, popularly know as Antonio Blue, was at the Ngas Village Market dressed in a colourful Ngas attires, sharing his love and maternal reconnection back home.
Antonio Blue, who stormed the Ngas village around 3pm in company of his Promoter, Ezekiel Gosan Turbe, glaringly demonstrated how elated he was seeing the unprecedented reception given to him by Ngas sons and daughters on his first visit to Nigeria and Plateau State to be precise.
He is of the Jewish father and Ngas mother from Kanke Local Government Area of Plateau State, but thought it wise visit his mother’s home town here in Nigeria to have a feel of the cultural practices of Ngas people.
While going round to see for himself the unique culture of the Ngas people, the Afropop singer, could not hide his joy and happiness reuniting with his mother land and was busy dancing the Minawan dance.
Demonstrating how free and excited he was to find himself among his mother’s people, he took hours sharing pleasantries, hugging whoever showed him love and embrace him.
It was really a great moment having Antonio Blue at the Ngas Village Market, as he was celebrated by mammoth crowd. His humility even as an international celibraty was what attracted attention to him.
Expressing his feelings about his first coming to Nigeria, the superstar said, “I feel complete. I was in a dark place. My father just died. So, you could see it on my face before I came.
“I was in a very dark, depressed place. And now I’m very happy, very complete. I’m ready to continue my work, uplifting the youth and helping elderly, our senior citizens.
“I believe it’s one. I’m one with it. This is where my mother’s roots come from. So, this is what I came for. I came, I’m already very spiritual 100%.
“No doubt. No deception, no manipulation, nothing involved. I’m not even in this world, you know. So, I just came to get the experience and be one”, he enthused.
It was quite fun as many people struggle to have snapshots with their grandson, Antonio PettyJohnblue, aka Antonio Blue.
