His Majesty, Nde Jika Golit, the Ngolong Ngas, has applauded the professional role of PRTVC in reporting and coverage of activities across nooks and crannies of the state.
This came in a press statement signed by the Media Officer to the Ngolong Ngas, Wukaska Bako Gowon, and made available to newsmen in Jos, the Plateau State capital recently.



According to the statement, the Royal Father stated this when he received one of the retired Deputy Directors of the News Department of the Organisation, Nde Wika Gofwen, on a condolence visit in his palace.
Speaking through one of his Senior Aids, Nde Fabian Danladi Paipung, he maintained that news reporting by PRTVC Staff have been exceptional and appreciated them for their contributions, accurate reporting during the death of his late wife, Maran Esther Jika Golit.



Nde Golit, therefore, thanked Wika who is also part of the family for the visit and encourage him to continue to offer services to help groom the younger ones so that, they could continue to give quality services to its audience.



He described Nde Gofwen, as one of the renowned pioneer reporters and a broadcasters of the Media house that has proven himself beyond reasonable doubt in the Media profession.
Earlier, while delivering his condolence message, Nde Wika Gofwen, described death as natural and prayed God to comfort the Royal Father, family and the entire citizens.

On her part, the wife, Mrs Theresa Wika Gofwen, expressed profound sadness but prayed that God would give him the bravery to accept His will.
However, the couples who were in company of Children, Jurbe, Nengak and Wika’s immediate brothers used the opportunity to congratulates His Majesty Nde Jika Golit, on his ascension to the exalted Ngas Traditional throne and prayed God to continue to give him the strength and wisdom to lead his people.


Also at the Palace were members of the Hunters Association, Kanke Local Government Council chapter who came to pay their condolence visit to His Majesty the Ngolong Ngas.
The Hunters mourned the late Queen in their traditional way and prayed God to continue to console the Royal Father and the entire Golit Family.
